Evie's morning pancakes

Quick and easy pancakes for a breakfast treat. Perfect with sweet or savoury sides.

Add milk, egg and butter to bowl and whisk.

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and pinch of salt into bowl. Beat together.

Heat a pan over a medium heat and lightly grease with a little oil or butter. Cook each pancake for 2–3 minutes, until bubbles form on the surface, then turn and cook for a further 2 minutes until golden.

Lightly grease the pan again between batches as needed.
