Shipping Information
Everything you need to know about delivery, tracking, and returns for orders from the Maker Generations shop.
UK shipping
We ship all orders from the United Kingdom. The following delivery options are available for UK addresses:

Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping automatically — no discount code required.
International shipping
We are working on expanding our shipping to Europe and the rest of the world. International delivery is coming soon.
In the meantime, if you are located outside the UK and would like to place an order, please get in touch at hello@makergenerations.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and a second notification when it has been dispatched.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@makergenerations.com.
Returns policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@makergenerations.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@makergenerations.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photographs of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible. You will not be asked to cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
